PORTFOLIO CASUAL LEASING MANAGER

Job Description :

Dotted line responsibility in conjunction with Centre Director for management and performance of Centre Casual Leasing personnel
Develop national client base to take space in multiple malls
Initiate and investigate multi site opportunities for signage, hanging banners, electronic and digital media, vending machines, national brand advertising campaigns.
Develop additional income generating opportunities across the portfolio
Review current rates, particularly during holiday periods (Lebaran, Christmas and Chinese New Year) and make recommendation with regard to increases
Investigate potential to create additional sites within the malls
Co-ordinate bookings and sell space into multiple malls
Set standards (in conjunction with the Operation Director) for casual mall leasing tenants to improve presentation in our malls and monitor and maintain them on an ongoing basis
Source casual mall leasing equipment to enable standardization and more cost effective purchasing of equipment used in our malls (carts, tables, display, units etc) and increased income through their usage by casual leasing tenants
Make recommendation to management on funding to acquire equipment through additional income opportunities
Additional responsibility for vacant shop casual leasing across the portfolio to maximize income in the vacant units
Work with the individual mall casual leasing executives to improve their performance and sales skills
