Responsibilities & Authorities

• Maintan and monitor debtors, creditors and inter-company accounts

• Maintain cashbook, cash flow and bank reconciliation

• Maintain and administer casd and ensure that reimbursement is in accordance to the company policies and procedures

• Verify purchase order, delivery order and invoices for payment preparation

• Issue cheque to supplier

• Payment preparation

• Assist in departmental administrative matters

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and reviewing the project’s treasury systems, processes and procedures for areas of improvement
• Implementing solutions to improve priority areas of identified systems, processes and procedures
• Developing and/or enhancing the documentation of policies, procedures and controls relating to the Group’s treasury systems and processes
• Assisting in the management of the project’s cash flows, foreign exchange, interest rate exposures and funding requirements
• Assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Have 4-5 years of working experience in a Corporate Treasury or Banking environment. Candidates with experience in cash management, trade finance, back office operations will be advantageous.
• Have working experience in various online Treasury Systems relating to cash management, money markets and foreign exchange transactions
• Be open, attentive to details, willing to learn, with a can-do attitude and passion for financial management
